OANC SMS Messaging Terms & Conditions
These SMS Messaging Terms & Conditions apply to text messages sent or received through OANC’s designated business SMS number.
Purpose of the SMS Program
The OANC SMS messaging program is primarily used for internal employee attendance and workplace communications.
Employees may use the designated SMS number to communicate information including:
- Calling out sick
- Reporting an absence
- Reporting that they will be late
- Providing attendance-related updates
- Other scheduling or workplace-related communications
OANC may send responses, acknowledgments, or other communications related to these matters.
Consent
Employees are provided the SMS number directly by OANC management or authorized personnel. Employees may voluntarily initiate communication by sending a text message to the designated number.
Where applicable, employees may also provide consent to receive SMS communications verbally, in writing, or through employment-related documentation.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message Frequency
Message frequency will vary depending on employee communications and attendance-related circumstances.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply depending on the individual’s wireless carrier and mobile service plan.
Opt-Out
Recipients may reply:
STOP to opt out of future SMS messages.
After receiving a STOP request, OANC will discontinue applicable SMS communications to that number except where legally or operationally necessary and permitted.

for assistance or contact OANC through the organization’s normal business contact methods.
Carrier Disclaimer
Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Information collected through the SMS program will be handled according to OANC’s Privacy Policy.
Mobile information and SMS consent information will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
